Job description

Role: Project Manager – Airline Crew Management Systems

We are seeking a senior Project Manager with strong airline domain experience to lead enterprise software implementation projects focused on crew management, flight operations, and planning systems.

This is a client-facing role requiring deep understanding of airline operations and experience managing complex, multi-system integrations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of airline operations software implementations

  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables

  • Work directly with airline stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions

  • Oversee integrations between crew management, flight operations, and related systems

  • Drive stakeholder communication, reporting, and executive updates

  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies

  • Support RFP/RFI responses and customer presentations

  • Ensure smooth adoption through change management practices


Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Project Management experience in enterprise software delivery

  • Mandatory experience in airline / aviation domain

  • Strong exposure to crew management, crew scheduling, or flight operations systems

  • Proven experience managing client-facing implementation projects

  • Experience handling system integrations

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills


Preferred:
  • PMP Certification

  • Agile / PMBOK knowledge

  • Experience with tools like Jira, MS Project, Confluence
