Job Requirements
Position Overview
Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work
simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist
management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Includes program analysts and
management consultants
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrated ability to manage deliverables according to established schedules.
Proven experience correlating budgets with deliverables and schedules.
Ability to effectively collaborate with external customers.
Experience coordinating and engaging with multiple organizations.
Capability to support and manage cross-functional project planning and interdependencies.
Skilled in delivering high-quality status presentations to customers and stakeholders.
Proficiency in compiling project data from multiple systems and sources into biweekly,
monthly, or annual reports for various management levels.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience providing executive-level administrative support in
government, military, or large-scale corporate settings.Detail-oriented with exceptional planning, written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing special projects, executive meetings, and external groups.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and schedules with minimal supervision.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business.
Active Secret Clearance
Knowledge of DoD or other US Government operations and processes.
