What you'll do
  • Lead and support logistics projects, from planning through execution, across transportation, warehousing, and logistics network domains.
  • Manage implementation of logistics network changes, including new flows, regional transitions, and warehouse relocations.
  • Coordinate materials flow changes, ensuring alignment with operational capabilities and supply chain requirements.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders including operations, planning, procurement, and IT.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and communication strategies.
  • Monitor project performance, proactively identify risks or roadblocks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate change management and training activities to support successful project adoption.
  • Gather and analyze data to support decision-making and project prioritization.
  • Ensure proper documentation of project deliverables and lessons learned.
  • Contribute to the standardization and improvement of project management practices within the logistics function.
What makes you a good fit
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles.
  • Experience with warehouse relocations is a plus.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects involving multiple functions or geographic regions.
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes, including warehouse operations, transportation, and material flows.
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

The salary range for this role is $90,000.00 and $120,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
