Job Description

We have an immediate opening for a Senior Proposal Coordinator to work out of our Irvine, CA office and work closely with our marketing team in San Diego, CA. The successful candidate will:

  • Work with team members in various locations to prepare marketing documents, qualifications proposals, SF330 documents, and presentation materials in response to RFP/Qs
  • Engage with team on a regular basis to ensure timely submittal of deliverables
  • Prepare and update technical resumes and project write-ups
  • Help maintain the template/content library and CRM program
  • Assist with various other marketing-related tasks
Qualifications

RequiredTechnical Skills

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (professional InDesign work experience required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • 5 or more years' experience performing similar services with A/E/C (architecture, engineering, or construction) firms (able to hit the ground running with minimal training).
