We are seeking an Administrative Support to provide daily support for USTDA conference and training rooms, including AV setup and troubleshooting.


Location: Arlington, VA (Onsite)
Clearance: Secret (active or interim)
Employment Type: Full-time


Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day conference room and training center support.
  • Assist with AV setup, troubleshooting, and event readiness.
  • Support project reporting, records management, and document control.
  • Maintain agency library holdings and electronic databases.
  • Assist with administrative management functions.


Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.
  • 7+ years of administrative support experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and information systems.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information management, or related field.
