Job Description Lead Project Manager Charlotte NC Minneapolis, MN Required Qualifications 7+ years of project, program, or delivery management experience. 5+ years of Agile delivery experience in product-oriented environments. Demonstrated experience serving as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Agile Transformation Lead.

Experience leading multiple concurrent initiatives across business and technology organizations. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Proven ability to influence without direct authority.

Experience facilitating large-scale planning and cross-functional collaboration. Experience using Agile delivery tools such as Jira Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. ________________________________________________________________________________.
