Sodexo is hiring a Key Account Manager to join our future-focused InReach team in Chicago. Drive account growth through retention, upselling, and partnerships while delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences.

Preferred candidates will be based in the Chicago, IL area and available to travel 30–50% of the time.

Join a role focused on driving customer growth and retention while strengthening key client relationships. As a Key Account Manager, you will manage existing accounts, ensuring product alignment, service excellence, and opportunities for expansion. This role combines strategic planning, operational support, and hands-on relationship management to deliver measurable results and foster long-term partnerships.


The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $100130 per year - $155540 per year

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
