Job description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced IT Project Manager to join a reputable and growing professional services firm headquartered in Atlanta. This role will be pivotal in driving forward firmwide technical transformation projects, working very closely with senior IT leadership across various verticals.


The Role:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation for significant initiatives, encompassing project charters, requirements, change logs, and more.
  • Encourage timely completion of tasks among project participants.
  • Support team efforts by contributing as needed.
  • Keep IT leadership, primary stakeholders, and task owners informed of project status.
  • Alert IT leadership to potential risks affecting project timelines.
  • Coordinate directly with vendor resources for project tasks as necessary.
  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports.
  • Play a key role in growing the PMO and ensure adherence to best practice protocols.


Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage varied technology projects (Infrastructure, Security, AI).
  • Change Management experience.
  • Proven ability to liaise and communicate with senior stakeholders/senior leadership.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and Agile.
