As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing nutritious and appetizing meals for our residents in a fast-paced, healthcare environment. Responsibilities:

  • Prepare meals and baked goods per menu and recipes; ensure proper texture and temperature

  • Assist with menu planning, inventory control, and food ordering as directed

  • Ensure safe food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness of kitchen and equipment

  • Train and mentor dietary staff as assigned; monitor meal service for quality and satisfaction

  • Follow portion control and plate presentation standards; provide approved substitutes as needed

Qualifications:
