Inventory Control Associate
Findlay, Ohio
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Overtime: Available based on business needs

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Inventory Control Associate to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts, shipment verification, inventory adjustments, and communication with both customers and warehouse personnel.
The ideal candidate will have warehouse and inventory experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while taking ownership of inventory processes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Verify inbound shipments for quantity, weight, and Bill of Lading (BOL) accuracy
  • Perform scheduled, assigned, and on-demand cycle counts
  • Research and correct inventory discrepancies and receiving errors
  • Verify lot numbers and expiration dates for inventory accuracy
  • Break down pallets to confirm product quantities and weights
  • Print and manage labels using Zebra and mobile printers
  • Conduct surprise inventory audits and customer-requested inventory checks
  • Communicate inventory concerns and discrepancies with warehouse staff and customers
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
  • Support continuous inventory improvement initiatives
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse and/or inventory control experience preferred
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to lift and move 55+ pounds on a regular basis
  • Comfortable working at heights using a scissor lift up to approximately 30 feet
    Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical warehouse activities throughout the shift
