Responsabilites principales- Realiser des analyses financieres et operationnelles prealables aux acquisitions
- Diriger et coordonner les differents volets de due diligence (financier, commercial, operationnel)
- Construire et affiner des modeles financiers ; effectuer des analyses de qualite des resultats (QoE), de besoin en fonds de roulement et d'autres evaluations cles
- Soutenir la planification et l'execution de l'integration en collaboration avec les equipes internes et les societes du portefeuille
- Formuler des recommandations claires et structurees a destination des responsables d'investissement seniors
- Contribuer a la preparation de notes d'investissement internes et de presentations strategiques
- Participer aux echanges avec les cedants, les conseils et les parties prenantes internes

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly driven M&A Analyst to join our Corporate Development team. This individual will play a key role in evaluating acquisition opportunities, leading due diligence initiatives, and supporting post-acquisition integration efforts.

Key Responsibilities- Perform pre-due diligence financial and operational analysis on acquisition targets
- Lead and manage full due diligence workstreams (financial, commercial, operational)
- Build and refine financial models; perform QoE, working capital analysis, and other critical assessments
- Support integration planning and execution, collaborating with internal and portfolio company teams
