Notre client, une entreprise bien établie et en croissance, est actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) Comptable senior / Assistant(e) contrôleur(e) afin de soutenir l’équipe des finances dans la gestion des opérations comptables, les fins de mois et l’analyse financière.

Il s’agit d’une belle opportunité pour une personne rigoureuse, autonome et structurée, qui souhaite évoluer dans un environnement humain, collaboratif et stimulant.

Vos responsabilités

Relevant du contrôleur financier, la personne en poste participera activement à l’ensemble du cycle comptable et aux activités de fin de mois.

Plus précisément, vous serez appelé(e) à :

  • Participer aux fins de mois, fins de trimestres et fins d’année ;
  • Préparer les écritures comptables et les conciliations bancaires ;
  • Effectuer l’analyse des comptes de bilan et de résultats ;
  • Participer à la préparation des états financiers internes ;
  • Assurer le suivi des comptes fournisseurs et comptes clients lorsque nécessaire ;
  • Préparer et analyser différents rapports financiers ;
  • Participer à la gestion des taxes, remises gouvernementales et autres obligations comptables ;
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration des processus comptables et des contrôles internes ;
  • Collaborer avec les différents départements afin d’assurer l’exactitude de l’information financière ;
  • Appuyer le contrôleur dans divers projets spéciaux et analyses ponctuelles.

Profil recherché

  • Formation en comptabilité, finance ou domaine connexe ;
  • Expérience pertinente dans un rôle de comptable senior, analyste comptable, assistant contrôleur ou poste similaire ;
  • Bonne maîtrise du cycle comptable complet ;
  • Excellente maîtrise d’Excel ;
  • Bon sens de l’analyse, rigueur et souci du détail ;
  • Autonomie, organisation et capacité à gérer les priorités ;
  • Esprit d’équipe et bonne communication ;
  • Titre CPA ou en voie d’obtention : un atout ;
  • Expérience en entreprise manufacturière, distribution ou services : un atout.
