  • Review client-, partner-, and vendor-developed integrations for alignment with Finxact standards, security requirements, and established integration patterns.

  • Guide cross-functional teams through integration delivery, validation, issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and documentation for production readiness.

  • Communicate technical options, dependencies, and tradeoffs to executive stakeholders, clients, partners, and internal teams in a clear and actionable manner.

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 10+ years of experience in software development, enterprise integration, solution architecture, or technical consulting using API-based integrations, distributed systems, and secure application design.

  • 10+ years of experience designing and delivering RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and integration patterns across cloud-based or enterprise platforms.

  • 8+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional technical initiatives with accountability for delivery outcomes, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment.

  • 8+ years of experience working directly with clients, partners, vendors, and senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

  • Experience evaluating integration requirements, non-functional requirements, and vendor capabilities to produce supportable and secure designs.

  • Experience communicating technical architecture, sequencing, risks, and dependencies to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience in financial services, banking technology, core banking platforms, payments, or financial technology environments.

  • Experience with Finxact Core, the Fiserv product portfolio, or comparable financial technology platforms.

  • Experience with Golang or a similar object-oriented or service development language.

  • Experience with cloud-native architectures, modern integration tooling, and third-party partner evaluation.
