Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant on the Insurance Transformation team, you will be responsible for:

  • Translating business and technical requirements into scalable Guidewire integration solutions for insurance clients
  • Configuring and extending Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications, including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and related digital components
  • Designing, building, and supporting integrations between Guidewire and enterprise platforms, including payments, document management, and third-party data providers
  • Supporting data migration activities, including mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and validation across systems
  • Collaborating with client stakeholders, architects, developers, data teams, and quality engineering teams to test, deploy, and optimize solutions while contributing to team development and practice initiative.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field
  • 4 years of hands-on experience designing and delivering cross-suite integrations across Guidewire InsuranceSuite and external enterprise systems. (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter)
  • 4 years of experience as a Guidewire Developer in insurance or consulting environments
  • 2+ years experience with Java/J2EE tech stack with knowledge of the SDLC and integration frameworks
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:

  • Advanced degree

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $116,200 to $229,100.
