    • Schedule and lead team meetings with clear agendas, active facilitation, and accountability to outcomes.
    • Coach and mentor Project Management team members to strengthen department capability and foster growth.
  • Scoping, Budgeting & Financial Management
    • Lead and facilitate scoping workshops with clients and internal teams to define deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
    • Drive the creation of accurate and strategically sound Fee and OOP estimates, offering creative solutions to meet client and agency needs.
    • Ensure alignment between Scopes of Work, financial models, and estimates; proactively manage scope changes and identify solutions early.
    • Monitor financial performance across projects and accounts, maintaining a clear view of current and projected burn.
    • Pull and analyze financial reports (e.g., Maconomy burn data) to inform decisions and initiate timely budget discussions internally and with clients.
    • Partner with Account and Finance teams to manage revenue recognition, forecast accuracy, and profitability across projects.
  • Growth, Innovation & Continuous Improvement
    • Actively pursue opportunities to expand leadership, financial acumen, and operational expertise within the project management discipline.
    • Integrate and advocate for emerging AI technologies to drive automation, innovation, and operational excellence within project management workflows.
    • Mentor peers and junior team members in best practices and evolving tools to elevate department-wide performance.
  • Operational Leadership & Process Optimization
    • Champion agency-wide operational excellence by identifying process improvements, tools, and best practices that enhance efficiency and delivery quality.
    • Partner with Operations leadership to design, test, and roll out new operational processes and resource planning models.
    • Contribute to broader organizational initiatives that support continuous improvement, scalability, and business growth.

  • Digital proficiency and a curiosity for emerging technologies
  • Thrive on efficiency and organization
