How will you make your impact?

As a Senior Project Manager with Linxon you will manage projects strategically and operationally, ensuring the best use of technical and human resources while meeting specifications, timelines, and budget goals. In this role, you'll plan, monitor, and lead engineering and construction projects from initiation through completion, driving success every step of the way.

What will you do?

Health, Safety & Quality

  • You will ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards are implemented and maintained at the highest level, in compliance with company and customer requirements.

  • You will secure all required permits, approvals, and legal documentation prior to project execution.

  • You will uphold and promote the highest quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

  • You will develop, implement, and monitor project quality plans to ensure successful delivery.

Financial & Performance Accountability

  • You will assume full responsibility for the successful delivery of large-scale, multi-million-pound projects, including commercial, technical, and construction activities.

  • You will drive project performance to achieve or exceed business objectives and key performance indicators.

  • You will develop and implement cost-effective strategies that support efficient and timely project completion.

Leadership & Team Management

Who you are?

  • You are qualified with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or you bring equivalent experience delivering complex projects within the electrical transmission sector.

  • You are PMP certified or hold a comparable Project Management qualification, with PMP preferred but not essential.

  • You are experienced in managing electrical transmission projects, including civil construction activities.

  • You are skilled at identifying, mitigating, and managing risks and opportunities to minimize project delays and protect business reputation.

  • You have a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, multi-million-pound projects.

  • You are commercially minded and able to align project objectives with broader business goals and strategic priorities.

  • You are a strong leader and negotiator, capable of resolving complex issues while building and maintaining positive customer relationships.

  • You are highly organized and able to establish, implement, and manage effective project processes and controls.

  • You possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a practical approach to developing sustainable solutions in evolving environments.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $119,900 to $229,800. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
