The Senior SAP Project Manager is responsible for leading the end‑to‑end delivery of complex SAP projects, ensuring alignment to scope, budget, schedule, and quality expectations. • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of SAP implementation projects.
• Define project objectives, scope, timelines, resources, and delivery approach in alignment with client and business goals.
• Manage cross‑functional project teams and provide direction to support timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including client leadership and sponsors.
• Communicate project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies clearly and consistently.
• Proactively identify scope changes and coordinate impact assessments related to budget, timeline, and resources.
• Oversee project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking actuals against estimates.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation and contingency plans as needed.
• Escalate issues promptly and drive resolution to minimize project impact.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, governance standards, and delivery best practices.
• Coach and support team members to foster accountability, collaboration, and high performance.

• 8+ years of project management experience within the SAP ecosystem.
• Proven success managing complex SAP projects, including 5 or more full lifecycle implementations.
• 5+ years of client management experience in a consulting or client‑facing environment.
• Hands‑on functional experience in one or more SAP modules.
• Strong experience managing project scope, budget, schedule, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive accountability across project workstreams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in the United States and/or Canada.

• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
