Job Description:
  • Lead process improvement, labor optimization, and productivity initiatives.
  • Develop capacity, headcount, and cycle-time models to support operational decision-making.
  • Apply AI, machine learning, and data analytics to identify opportunities and improve manufacturing performance.
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, and IT teams to implement Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing solutions.
  • Manage projects, influence stakeholders, and present recommendations to leadership.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of industrial engineering experience in manufacturing, preferably automotive.
  • Experience with process improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and project leadership skills.
  • Experience using AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, Power BI, Python, SQL, or related digital technologies is highly preferred.
