Job Summary:
Pyramid Consulting, Inc is seeking a talented Senior Technical Writer with experience in the Telecom Industry for a contract opportunity. The role involves creating user manuals, FAQs, and technical documentation while translating complex technical information into user-friendly formats for various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Drill down highly technical information into user manuals, FAQs, and resources for online help and support departments.
• Technical Writers perform seamless integrations of technical documentation, legal verbiage, and consumer educational requirements for use in cross-functional, multimedia content
• Translate desirable business outcomes into business requirements; develop statements of work for customer and supplier engagements.
• Develop marketing (customer facing) materials for leading edge technology driven (with a business architecture focus) Professional Services practice.
• Develop system flows, process flows, data flows, service architectures.
• Skilled in Powerpoint, Word, G-suite applications, Visio. Works with a diverse team (technically focused, business focused, customers, suppliers, Sales, Marketing, Executives, etc).
• Ability to translate technical information into information that can be consumed by a wide variety of stakeholders (e.g. customers, technology suppliers, management, etc.)
• The candidate should have an understanding of Cloud, MEC, IOT, AR/VR, Networking technologies along with the consumer and business based applications that leverage those technologies.
• An understanding of the architectures that govern or underpin those technologies is a plus.
• Ability to translate technical information into information that can be consumed by a wide variety of stakeholders (e.g. customers, technology suppliers, management, etc.)
