NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED QSR D.M./SENIOR GENERAL MANAGER Culvers of Fort Wayne - Dupont Road & Washington Center Road locations

Join a Team centered on Hospitality & Quality. Culver's is seeking a dynamic, people focused General Manager to lead both restaurants

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop, and build Positive Culture within a team of 65-75 employees
  • Oversee daily operations, restaurants cleanliness & sanitation, food quality, and Hospitality
  • Manage P&L, labor & Food Costs, inventory control, scheduling, repair & maintenance, etc.
  • Ensure Exceptional Guest Engagement & Genuine Hospitality
  • Recruit, hire, train, develop, and retain future Culvers leaders
What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years Multi-Unit experience
  • 5+ years' General Manager experience (QSR preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication skills, people management, self-motivated & directed, results driven
  • Solid financial and business acumen, taking initiative to improve results
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary $65,000-$70,000 annually (based on experience)
  • Bonus up to $7,000 annually. 1st year guaranteed
  • Salary based on 50+ hours a week
  • Health insurance, 2 weeks paid vacation 1st year, 401(k)
  • Growth opportunities within franchise network
