Position Summary
TheSr.Manager,ACSProjectManagementwill support transformational and operationalpriorities across the organizationresponsible for driving workstream execution across complex transformationinitiatives. This role partners closely with business,program, technology, and operational stakeholders to manageproject plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, governance deliverables, and executive-ready reporting.The Senior Manager translates project direction into actionable workstream movement, ensuring delivery stays visible, coordinated, and aligned to leadership priorities.

Workstream / Project Leadership

  • Manage project activities, milestones, risks, dependencies, and sequencing from planning through implementationBuild andmaintainactionableproject plans, milestones, sequencing, and dependency tracking

  • Drive issue resolution, escalation management, and follow-up across cross-functional stakeholders

  • Ensure workstream deliverablesremainaligned to program priorities, timing, and readiness expectations

  • Guide workstreamsthrough executionusing structured project management practices and clear cross-functional coordination

Governance, Risk, and Delivery Visibility

  • Enable executive visibility through structured reporting, portfolio signal, and executive-ready framing of strategic and operational work

  • Synthesize complex initiatives, risks, and cross-functional issues into concise, decision-useful updates for senior leadership

  • Translate operational complexity into clear signals that support leadership understanding, prioritization, and decision-making

  • Develop executive reporting artifacts, narrative updates, and summary materials that strengthen transparency, comparability, and insight across workstreams

  • Deliverpresentations and updates that support decision-making, alignment, and leadership visibility across complex initiatives

Executive Reporting and Stakeholder Alignment

  • Develop concise, executive-ready updates that translate detailed project activity into clear signal for leadership

  • Partner with program and functional leaders to align on priorities, decision, timing, and delivery risks

  • Facilitate discussions acrossbusiness, project, and technologyteams tomaintainmomentum andcross-functional coordination

  • Present project and workstream status to senior leaders and governanceforums as needed

  • Keep leadership informed of progress,interdependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies

Implementation Readiness and Cross-Functional Execution

  • Coordinate implementation planning activities, including readiness checkpoints, handoffs, and go-live support needs

  • Partner with operational and technical teams to ensure key deliverables are sequenced appropriately for execution

  • Support issue triage, dependency management, and readiness planning for major milestones and releases

  • Help translate broader program goals into concrete execution steps across participating teams


Required Qualifications

Experience:

  • 5-8years of experience inproject management, program management, PMO, or a related field
  • PMP, or related certification

  • Experience leading complex cross-functional projects or workstreams from planning through implementation

  • Experience managing project plans,milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery sequencing

  • Experience supporting governance forums, milestonereporting, and leadership visibility for active transformation work

Technical & Process Skills:

  • Experience creating executive-facing materials, reporting, and strategic summaries for senior leadership

  • Experience translating ambiguous or emerging business needs into scalabletools, operating approaches, and execution practices

  • Experience coordinating across business, product, technology, and operational stakeholders to move work forward

  • Experienceidentifyingdelivery gaps, surfacing risks early, and driving issue resolution tomaintainmomentum

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Leadership & Soft Skills:

  • Strong systems thinking and business acumen, with the ability to connect operational work to broader business outcomes

  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including executive-facing synthesis, strategic framing, and facilitation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, managed care, operations, transformation, or similarly complex matrixed environments

  • Experience with project planning, reporting, and collaboration tolls used to drive delivery visibility and execution

  • 10+years of experience in project management, program management, PMO, or a related field


Education

Bachelor's degreerequired - preferably in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, ora relatedfield

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$75,400.00 - $182,549.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
