Senior Business Products Manager

In this highly visible role, you'll evaluate market opportunities, build compelling business cases, assess product and vendor solutions, and bring cross-functional teams together to move high-impact initiatives forward. You'll serve as a key product expert, translating customer and market needs into solutions that support growth and strengthen WOW!'s commercial product portfolio.

What You'll Do

Identify and Advance Growth Opportunities

  • Assess and qualify mid-market and enterprise product opportunities.
  • Build data-driven business cases and secure internal approval to move opportunities forward.
  • Research market trends, customer needs, and competitive solutions to identify areas for growth.
  • Translate market opportunities into clear product definitions and requirements.

Evaluate Solutions and Guide Investment Decisions

  • Develop level-of-effort and feasibility assessments to support prioritization and investment decisions.
  • Evaluate potential vendors and solutions, including build-versus-buy considerations.
  • Partner with Engineering on technical due diligence and sourcing recommendations.
  • Present clear, actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

Lead Cross-Functional Product Strategy

  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Care, and Operations to align on scope, resources, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Help develop and maintain product roadmaps based on strategic priorities, ROI, customer needs, and business impact.
  • Gather feedback from Sales, Care, and Operations and incorporate meaningful insights into the product roadmap.
  • Track product performance against budget and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Seven or more years of experience in product management or commercial product roles.
  • Demonstrated success supporting mid-market and/or enterprise products and customers.
  • Proven ability to develop business cases and secure investment approval for new product opportunities.
  • Hands-on experience with vendor evaluations, build-versus-buy analysis, and level-of-effort or feasibility assessments.
  • Knowledge of broadband, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, DIA, Ethernet, Internet Backup, and Hosted VoIP technologies.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to turn market opportunities into measurable business cases and product requirements.
  • Ability to lead through influence and build alignment across technical, operational, and customer-facing teams.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and executive-level influencing skills.
  • Experience prioritizing product roadmaps based on customer feedback, budget, ROI, and strategic goals.
