Overview:
Position: Software Engineer (Senior .NET / Full-Stack Engineer)
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Role Overview
We are seeking highly skilled Senior .NET / Full-Stack Engineers with strong AWS and secure-coding expertise. This role is critical in investigating vulnerability findings at the code level, determining root causes, implementing secure remediations, testing changes, and deploying them through Regions' development pipeline. Candidates must demonstrate deep technical proficiency in backend and full-stack development, combined with a strong understanding of secure coding practices and cloud-native architectures.
Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and analyze vulnerability findings at the code level.
  • Identify root causes and design secure remediation strategies.
  • Implement fixes in C#/.NET and related frameworks, ensuring compliance with secure coding standards.
  • Conduct thorough testing of remediated code to validate effectiveness and stability.
  • Deploy secure solutions through CI/CD pipelines into production environments.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to ensure secure delivery.
  • Contribute to API security, secure design reviews, and best practices documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement of secure coding standards and vulnerability management processes.
Required Skills
  • Strong expertise in C# / .NET, ASP.Net, React, REST API, SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, SQS, DynamoDB).
  • Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and secure deployment practices.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of secure coding principles and API security.
  • Ability to take vulnerabilities from finding through remediation and deployment.
Preferred Skills (Strong Pluses)
  • Experience with PostgreSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with Harness for CI/CD orchestration.
  • Exposure to GitHub Copilot for AI-assisted development.
  • Background in secure software delivery within enterprise environments.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
