  • Support automated and end-to-end testing practices, including Playwright where appropriate.
  • Mentor, guide, and support other engineers while helping raise the team's technical capabilities.
  • Lead and manage engineering initiatives, balancing hands-on development with technical leadership and team coordination.
  • Identify opportunities to improve development workflows, engineering processes, and the overall product development lifecycle.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Engineer.
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Hands-on experience with Node.js, React.js, Next.js, Nest.js, Prisma, and Tailwind.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with product and engineering leadership.
  • High degree of ownership, autonomy, and accountability in a remote working environment.
  • Experience writing end-to-end tests with Playwright is a plus.
  • Experience with Python is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Jotai, Zustand, Redux, or similar state-management solutions is a plus.
  • Experience with Expo and AWS is advantageous.
Benefits
  • Fully remote opportunity within Europe, with a preference for candidates based in Western or continental Europe.
  • Full-time employment or independent contractor engagement options.
  • Flexible salary with no fixed compensation budget, allowing offers to reflect experience and seniority.
  • Stock options.
  • Opportunity to become the first dedicated senior/staff-level mobile engineering lead within the team.
  • Significant technical ownership over the mobile application and influence on product and engineering direction.
  • Opportunity to work with a modern technology stack including Node.js, React.js, React Native, Next.js, Nest.js, Expo, Prisma, Tailwind, and AWS.
