Job Description Title: Underground Foreman Immediate Supervisor: Project Manager, Operations Manager, Owner Position: Exempt Non-Exempt General Job Summary: The Underground Foreman oversees completion of daily jobs as assigned from warehouse equipment to work performed. Principal duties and Responsibilities: Oversee safety on job sites making sure all protocol for safety is followed. Ensure timely completion of jobs assigned with focus on quality of work. Maintain organization of yard/warehouse Handle all customer complaints with satisfactory results. Assist in training new laborers. Performs other duties as assigned. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or its equivalent Combination of technical training and/or experience 1-2 years experience running a drill and/or plow 1-2 years working in construction Well experienced on bore rigs and missiles (This is not a complete listing of all duties and responsibilities. Other duties as indicated by the supervisor/manager may also apply.)
