What is a Senior IICRC?

A Senior IICRC refers to an individual who holds advanced certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), typically with significant experience in the cleaning, restoration, and inspection industries. These professionals are often responsible for leading teams, overseeing complex projects, and ensuring that industry standards and best practices are followed in water damage restoration, fire and smoke remediation, mold remediation, and other related services. Senior IICRC technicians may also provide training and guidance to junior staff, interact with clients, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
