We pride ourselves on providing the best possible service to our customers, contractors and value our employees.
We are looking for experienced / non-experienced, men and woman who are responsible, hardworking and reliable to join our team. A clear, valid driver's license is required and a CDL A or B is preferred.
This will position will service the Evansville, Princeton, Mt Vernon, IN and surrounding areas but may have some travel.
*We are willing to invest in our staff by assisting with obtaining CDL B license if you are willing to invest in your growth by preparing and meeting timely goals to obtain CDL B permit and perform the assignments to satisfy the DOT requirements for CDL B.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out all maintenance duties allocated by the Foreman with a safety-first mindset.
  • Understanding and carrying out verbal and written instructions.
  • Assisting Arborists with tree removals, pruning, and debris disposals.
  • Learning techniques and the proper use of tools from senior or more experienced crew
    members.
  • Safely using tools and equipment like chippers and chainsaws to carry out maintenance tasks.
  • Ensuring all sites are kept clean and free of hazards.
  • Inspecting equipment and tools and performing repairs and maintenance when required.
  • Using the appropriate gear and observing safety protocols.
  • Reporting any issues or safety hazards to the Foreman or other relevant parties.
  • Perform general groundskeeping duties as needed.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.

Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License
  • CDL is a plus (pay incentive)
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • able to lift 50+ lbs, bend, and work outdoors in all weather.
  • Experience with chainsaws/chippers preferred, but training is available for eager learners.
  • The ability to transport heavy items.
  • Excellent balance and depth perception.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A strong commitment to safety and a desire to learn from experienced crew.
