This role is ideal for an engineer with ~5-10 years of experience who is ready to mentor emerging engineering talent, apply strong technical expertise, and collaborate across functions to bring products from concept through production.

The Role: Learn, Develop, Deliver Leading Design & Development
  • Own full product development cycles from concept through production
  • Create and maintain engineering models, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
  • Lead design architecture and engineering decision-making
  • Drive innovation in product performance, cost, and manufacturability
Project & Technical Leadership
  • Lead cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and sales
  • Establish project scope, timelines, and technical requirements
  • Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
  • Participate in customer and supplier discussions to ensure successful project outcomes
Mentorship & Development
  • Mentor Emerging Engineering team members
  • Provide technical guidance and design reviews

Technical Expectations
  • Advanced proficiency in FEA, structural design, and material selection
  • Deep understanding of DFM, fabrication, and welding processes

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Expertise in CAD(Creo) modeling and engineering documentation
