Executive Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected and growing financial services organization in Albuquerque, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer. This is a highly visible position that requires exceptional professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced executive environment. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO while ensuring daily operations run efficiently and confidential information is handled with the highest level of integrity. This is a fully onsite position, Monday-Friday. The pay range is between $55,000-$65,000.
Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing day-to-day priorities and executive requests.
  • Manage a complex calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple stakeholders.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and detailed itineraries.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and executive-level communications.
  • Coordinate board meetings, leadership meetings, and executive events, including preparing meeting materials and taking minutes when needed.
  • Screen calls, emails, and visitors while serving as a professional liaison between the CEO and internal and external business partners.
  • Handle highly confidential business information, financial data, and executive communications with absolute discretion.
  • Prioritize competing requests while anticipating the CEO's needs and proactively resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Maintain confidential files, contracts, and executive documentation.
  • Assist with special projects, research, and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.
  • Coordinate office operations and provide support to senior leadership as needed.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-level executives, preferably within a financial services, banking, wealth management, investment, or professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality while handling sensitive executive, financial, and personnel information.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and executive meeting coordination.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, work independently, and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required with equivalent executive support experience.
