****Position Overview
The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership within a government organization. This role requires independent judgment, proactive coordination, and the ability to manage complex administrative tasks in support of leadership operations and mission execution.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management and meeting coordination
Prepare, review, and format correspondence, reports, and executive-level briefings
Coordinate meetings, including agenda development, scheduling, logistics, and note-taking
Serve as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders
Track and manage taskers, suspense items, and action items for leadership awareness
Support travel coordination, including itinerary preparation and documentation
Maintain sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Oversee and organize records, correspondence, and administrative workflows
Identify administrative process improvements and implement solutions when appropriate
Ensure compliance with organizational procedures, security requirements, and administrative policies
Required Skills and Qualifications
4+ years of administrative support experience, including support to senior leaders or management
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced document formatting and calendar management
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
