Physician - Family Medicine, Allisonville

Community Physician Network is seeking a Family Medicine physician with additional training or interest in LGBTQ+ medicine to join our primary care practice on the north side of Indianapolis. This role will entail leading a multi-disciplinary team and collaborating with primary and specialty care physicians. Ideal candidates will be innovative and collaborative, and have a desire to provide inclusive, culturally competent, evidence-based care.
