About the Role

We're looking for a strategic, execution-oriented marketer to join our team as Senior Marketing Specialist, Revenue Marketing. In this role, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our commercial sales organization. You will be responsible for developing and supporting B2B segment marketing campaigns, partnering cross-functionally to execute high-impact programs, and helping manage marketing initiatives that align closely with revenue objectives. This role requires a strategic yet highly execution-oriented marketer who is comfortable managing multiple initiatives, collaborating with internal and external partners, and supporting project management needs across the revenue marketing function.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, execute, and support B2B segment marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth and support commercial sales objectives.
  • Create clear, actionable campaign and creative briefs and manage execution in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Product Marketing, Communications, Operations, etc.).
  • Collaborate with external partners, including content syndication vendors, publication and media partners, and event coordinators.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with target audiences, regional needs, and business priorities, including support for Mexico-based focused initiatives where applicable.
  • Track campaign performance and support reporting, insights, and optimization efforts.
  • Maintain strong operational discipline to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
  • Act as a collaborative partner within the Revenue Marketing team, contributing to continuous improvement of processes, tools, and best practices.

Basic Qualifications

  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in revenue, demand, or segment marketing roles.
  • Spanish language proficiency (written and spoken) (required).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
  • Experience supporting or marketing to the Mexico market region.
  • Experience supporting commercial sales teams in a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience developing and supporting integrated marketing campaigns that support sales and pipeline growth.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong experience working cross-functionally and managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into clear briefs and executable marketing programs.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with content paid media, syndication programs, publication partnerships, and creative services management is a plus.

The hiring base salary range for this position is $75,500 to $103,840 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
