Job Purpose
An industry leader in the Bonita Springs, FL Herc Rentals is seeking a Fleet Procurement Analyst. The position is responsible for assisting in the strategic management of fleet procurement strategies, sourcing activities and ensuring the corporate programs are communicated and monitored to meet company objectives. Categories to include but are not limited to supplier management processing of fleet and non-fleet procurement.
This position requires significant 'customer first' mindset, strong organizational ability, keen attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities. In addition, the role requires high-levels of adaptability and maturity and sound judgement.
What you will do...
  • Understand and support the procurement process from purchasing to payables
  • Support internal customers in the correct procurement process
  • Process fleet requests
  • Monitoring/Managing category spend through report technology
  • Supplier Management and continuous evaluation / assessment of supplier performance, ensuring consistency of service, quality, and compliance to contracts and established service level agreements.
  • Ability to build strategic supplier relationships, lead project teams and work effectively in a complex business environment. Anticipates and identifies internal customer needs and recommends solutions to complex situations.

Requirements
Experience with ERP and inventory systems or similar platforms (i.e. Oracle, RentalMan,)
