Hit the road. Lead the experience. Make it happen.

Activate is seeking experienced, energetic, and highly organized Tour Managers to join our team for multiple national experiential marketing tours launching this August.

If you've ever wanted to be the person behind the scenes making a live experience come to life, from driving and setup to managing staff and solving problems in real time, this role is for you.

We're hiring multiple Tour Managers to support different touring programs across the United States. Each tour offers a unique experience, but all require the same core skillset: ownership, adaptability, professionalism, and a willingness to hit the ground running.

What You'll Do

As a Tour Manager, you'll serve as the operational leader of your assigned tour, ensuring every stop is executed safely, professionally, and successfully.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Transporting tour assets between markets
  • Setting up and tearing down activation elements
  • Managing and supporting local Brand Ambassadors and event staff
  • Serving as the primary on-site representative for Activate
  • Interacting with clients, venue contacts, and partners
  • Troubleshooting operational, logistical, and technical challenges
  • Maintaining vehicles, inventory, and tour assets
  • Ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience from market to market

We're Looking For People Who Are:

  • Comfortable spending extended time on the road
  • Natural problem-solvers who stay calm under pressure
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communicators who can lead teams in the field
  • Self-starters who don't need constant supervision
  • Professional, reliable, and accountable
  • Comfortable with physical setup and teardown work
  • Excited by live events, experiential marketing, and face-to-face consumer engagement

Preferred Experience

  • Experiential marketing tours
  • Event production
  • Mobile marketing activations
  • Touring productions
  • Brand ambassador management
  • Logistics, transportation, or operations
  • Vehicle and trailer operation

Additional certifications such as CDL, DOT Medical Card, food safety certifications, or similar credentials are a plus, but not required for all opportunities.

Position Details

  • Contract Position
  • Multiple Openings Available
  • National Travel Required
  • Tours Launch August 2026
  • Training Conducted Prior to Tour Launch
  • Competitive Weekly Compensation
  • Travel-related expenses covered per program guidelines

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving new challenges every day, and want a role that gets you out from behind a desk, we'd love to hear from you.
