Tour Manager Nationwide

Position: Tour Manager
Salary: Project Based
Location: Various

OVERVIEW

Turnkey is a nationwide event management and solutions partner. From operating mobile marketing vehicles across the nation, to creating custom experiential campaigns at high profile events, we provide top of the line service. As Turnkey grows, we are looking for the perfect candidates to add value to our organization.

Qualifications include:

  • Willing and able to learn about the client’s brand and main product offerings
  • Outgoing, confident around people and able to speak in front of a crowd
  • Someone who is tech‑savvy and able to troubleshoot as needed
  • Hard worker who can think on the spot to resolve any issues as needed
  • A leader who can educate, lead, and inspire a team

Responsibilities include:

  • Being the face of the client’s brand and learning required brand information
  • Managing event/tour, giving priority to goals and objectives
  • Managing asset setup, teardown, and proper storage throughout tour
  • Executing retail events and large festivals based on specific activation elements & criteria
  • Educating and managing on‑site event staff
  • Drive and track main KPIs (email registrations, coupon distribution, sample distribution, footprint attendance) and reporting to POC after every event
  • Capturing social content based on client requests and needs
  • Given pre-approved brand speaking points, addressing any on‑site media presence
