Description

We are a 24-hour General Practice & Emergency Hospital in Aurora, Colorado.  We've been privately owned since our origin in 1985, and AAHA accredited since 1986. The practice is spacious, modern, and well equipped. A tour of our hospital is featured on our website (www.7hillsvet.com).   We have a collaborative and professional team, practice progressive medicine, and routinely partner with mobile specialists on cases. Private ownership offers us great flexibility, and a laid-back and joyous work environment is a big part of our philosophy. We (really!) believe in a work life balance for all team members. We are seeking a great DVM with a passion for emergency medicine and the ability to stay calm under pressure. The ER DVM will manage the in-hospital transfers and the incoming urgent and emergent patients.  Major and minor surgeries will be managed by the attending DVM but may also be transferred to a daytime surgeon at your discretion. Do you have an interest in learning more advanced procedures? We have experienced DVMs that love to teach and mentor!


We have one full-time position available but will consider part-time for the right candidate(s). Shifts are from 7pm-7am.
