About the Role

We're looking for a Category Manager, Partnerships and Procurement Operations to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Electric Vehicle Charging, Telematics and Connected Vehicle, and Remarketing categories within the US and Canada. You will develop and execute strategic plans to achieve vendor performance targets, supply chain operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction expectations with suppliers. The position collaborates with cross-functional teams, supports supplier performance goals, and helps develop initiatives in support of the vendor network strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain and grow supplier relationships

  • Resolve supplier/client issues

  • Troubleshoot operational complexities

  • Partner with internal stakeholders

  • Facilitate contract negotiations, revenue and rebate growth and efficiency improvements

  • Align to operational and financial goals

  • Support leadership and procurement initiatives

  • Handle ad hoc and strategic projects

  • Negotiate and update supplier contracts

  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

  • Min of 3 years of EV related experience

  • Supplier performance management and problem-solving

  • Willingness to travel, including some overnight stays (5-15%)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred experience with EV charging providers or OEMs, fleet electrification programs or telematics and connected vehicle integrations

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their goals

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present ideas internally and externally at all levels of the organization

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions including demonstrated experience with running reports/extracting data, interpreting data and identifying issues

  • Strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset and a strong business acumen

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Location- Owings Mills, MD

The hiring base salary range for this position is $75,500 to $103,840 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
