Barbaricum is seeking an experienced Multidomain Operations Manager (Project Manager II) to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex multidomain operations initiatives supporting Department of Defense (DoD) mission objectives. The selected candidate will provide operational leadership and project management oversight across Electronic Warfare, Cyber Operations, Intelligence, and other mission domains, ensuring successful integration of capabilities and alignment with operational requirements.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, coordination, execution, and oversight of multidomain operations projects supporting Department of Defense (DoD) mission objectives.
  • Manage complex projects involving Electronic Warfare (EW), Cyber Operations, Intelligence Operations, and other multidomain mission areas, ensuring alignment with operational requirements.
  • Coordinate with government stakeholders, partner organizations, and cross-functional teams to establish project objectives, responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure successful project execution and mission outcomes.
  • Facilitate collaboration across operational domains, including land, air, sea, space, cyber, and electromagnetic spectrum operations.
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
  • Support the integration of operational, intelligence, cyber, and electronic warfare capabilities into unified mission planning and execution efforts.
  • Prepare and deliver project status reports, briefings, and recommendations to senior leadership and government stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, contractual requirements, and applicable DoD standards.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to project teams while fostering effective communication and coordination among all stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
  • Active DoD Top Secret/SCI Clearance
  • Minimum 8-10yrs experience in planning, scoping, developing, designing, and directing of major projects with broad requirements in Multidomain Operations focusing on Electronics Warfare and a secondary focus on Cyber Operations. Additional experiences in Intelligence Operations, Land Operations, Air Operations, Sea Operations, and Space Operations are desired.
  • Preferred experience is Electronics Warfare. Cyber and Intelligence experience will be considered.
  • Demonstrated experience with coordinating with external contributing agencies and organizations including various functional elements within the internal organization and establishing responsibilities and setting expectations; controlling and managing budgets and schedules.

Preferred Qualifications:.
