We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer with strong building design experience to join a multidisciplinary engineering team. This role focuses on leading projects, managing teams, and delivering high-quality electrical engineering solutions across diverse industries.

Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer

Location: Fort Myers, FL / Orlando, FL / Charlotte, NC

Job Type: Full-Time | Hybrid (2 days onsite)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead electrical engineering projects from concept to completion
  • Manage project schedules, teams, and technical deliverables
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Provide technical leadership and ensure engineering quality
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s degree in electrical engineering or related field
  • 10+ years in an A/E (Architecture/Engineering) consulting environment
  • Strong experience in power distribution, lighting, and building systems
  • Proven project management and leadership experience
  • Experience working in MEP / consulting engineering firms preferred
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) – Required
