Job Title: Senior Director of Radiology
Location: Kansas City, KS 66160
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $157,850 annually
Benefits:
  • 6 weeks of PTO plus holidays
  • Employer retirement contributions of 8.5% and 5.5% employee contribution
  • Incentive program with a 12.5% bonus/commission opportunity

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Director of Radiology to provide strategic leadership and financial oversight for the radiology service line. This role partners closely with senior executives and the medical director of radiology to ensure high-quality, efficient patient services. The Senior Director of Radiology will oversee finance and accounting functions, develop policies, and drive long-term strategic objectives for the department.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and evaluation of short and long-term strategic and financial goals for radiology.
  • Oversee finance and accounting functions within the radiology service line.
  • Collaborate with clinical operators who report directly to the Senior Director.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital executives and senior leadership.
  • Partner with the medical director for radiology to implement policies and procedures that enhance service quality, efficiency, and patient care.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related healthcare field.
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of executive leadership experience in healthcare administration.
