  • Collaborating with technology, operations, and commercial teams to drive performance and innovation.
  • Ensuring contractual commitments, quality standards, and financial objectives are achieved.
  • Monitoring key operational and client success metrics.
  • Leading organizations supporting approximately 100-250 employees through multiple management layers.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of leadership experience within nursing services, patient support programs, healthcare operations, pharmaceutical services, or related healthcare environments.
  • Experience managing complex healthcare programs and large operational teams.
  • Strong client-facing leadership experience with demonstrated success managing executive stakeholder relationships.
  • Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and operational transformations.
  • Experience supporting account growth, business development, and client retention activities.
  • Strong financial, operational, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience with patient engagement, field nursing, ambassador programs, or clinical support services preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment.
