# Sr. Coordinator, Digital## Inter Miami CF•### @InterMiamiCFPosted on 5/28/2026•Full-time## Job Description## About the jobDescription:The **Senior Digital Coordinator** will play a pivotal role in enhancing the club’s digital presence and will work closely with all departments to develop and execute digital strategies that drive fan engagement, increase brand awareness, and support the club's overall objectives. This role requires a passion for sports, exceptional communication skills, and a strong understanding of digital and social.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:* Assist with all current and future digital platforms for Inter Miami , Inter Miami II, Academy, Foundation and Stadium channels including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Youtube, Threads.* Assist with content creation, scheduling, and posting across social profiles.* Matchday coverage for all Inter Miami CF matches (home and away, travel to 30%+ of away games)* Create digital content at training/games/events (e.g., Instagram Stories, App video, TikTok) while working closely with players to capture content on a daily basis* Oversee and operate the influencer program.* Monitor and identify key social trends to bring to life on club channels* Serve as mentor/supervisor to Coordinators* Execute digital strategy and assist with planning to execution.* Work with all departments to plan digital calendar for in-season and off-season for all current and future digital platforms* Ideate/execute engaging digital media that drives value to our platforms and partners.* Support Club revenue streams by increasing sponsorship inventory* All other duties as required.**Requirements*** Must be able to produce quality photo and video with a mobile device.* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, journalism, communications or a related field preferred.* A highly organized self-starter.* Creative, and ambitious to build a world-class club and industry leading digital media organization.* Strong passion and understanding of fútbol and fútbol culture.* Strong writing and editing skills, with the proven ability to write for social media.* Familiarity with digital trends and technology, sports and popular culture.* An ‘ideas’ person who is able to work extremely well within a team to come up with creative solutions and identify new opportunities, often in a high-pressure, fast-changing environment.* Experience in juggling a number of work-intensive projects simultaneously, ability to meet and perform under tight deadlines and to think clearly under pressure.* Willingness to take initiative, own responsibilities, and raise standard of excellence.* Possess exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.* Project management skills: prioritization, planning, problem solving, expectation setting and delivering on commitments to teammates and management.* Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.* Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).* Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends, Omniture, etc.) and interpreting data.* Must be available to regularly commute and work on-site at both Miami Freedom Park and Inter Miami CF Stadium, as business needs require.* Flexibility to travel and work nights and weekends as required.* Ability to attend all home match-days (including weekends)**Compensation & Benefits** Inter Miami CF offers a competitive compensation package, including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan.**Pre-Employment Requirements** All applicants must successfully pass a pre-employment background check.**Equal Opportunity Statement** Inter Miami CF is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, marital status, protected veteran status, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law.LocationOn-siteFort Lauderdale, Florida #J-18808-Ljbffr
