Social Media Content & Project Coordinator
The Certified Collectibles Group is seeking a Social Media Content & Project Coordinator to join our fast-paced, highly collaborative media team! CCG is the world's leading provider of expert and impartial services for collectibles, including coins, banknotes, comic books, magazines, TCGs, sports cards, video games, home video and more. This role supports content publishing and community engagement across our numismatic brands (NGC and PMG), and project coordination across all CCG brands (CGC Cards, CGC Comics, CGC Signature Series, NGC, PMG, and JSA).
As a Social Media Content & Project Coordinator, you will help bring our socials to life, strengthen relationships with collectors, and coordinate key projects for the Marketing Team. We're looking for a versatile content publisher with strong platform-native instincts, and the organizational ability to keep multiple social projects moving on time.
This is a remote position, but within driving distance to our Sarasota, FL, headquarters is preferred. Travel may also be expected on occasion to conventions, trade shows, and other industry events. The ideal candidate has an interest in numismatics, collectibles and/or collector culture, with experience in coordinating multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT & PROJECT COORDINATOR
Content Direction & Execution
  • Support content planning, ideation, and execution across multiple brands, with a focus on numismatics
  • Write, schedule, publish, quality-check, and collaborate on social content with our Graphic Design and Video teams
  • Partner closely with NGC and PMG marketing stakeholders to align social content with brand priorities, campaigns, and business objectives
  • Organize social assets and maintain social content calendar
  • Work with Comics and Cards Social Media Specialists on collaborative content opportunities

Social Page Management
  • Collaborate with Social Community Coordinator to engage with comments, direct messages, mentions, and tags
  • Build authentic relationships with collectors, creators, and members of the community

Project Coordination
  • Manage individual social projects from kickoff through completion, keeping timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders on track
  • Coordinate logistics for social giveaways and influencer shipments, including tracking inventory, packaging, shipping timelines, and confirming delivery
  • Serve as the point of contact for project status updates across the marketing team

Trend Monitoring & Implementation
  • Identify relevant trends, conversations, and user-generated content
  • Share community feedback, trends, and content opportunities with the broader marketing team

WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in social media content management and publishing
  • Expert-level knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X
  • Strong social copywriting skills with a proven track record of high engagement
  • Social editing with CapCut, Edits, and Canva
  • Ability to represent brand voice well and adapt to different brand tones
  • Deep familiarity with or interest in pop culture collectibles, especially Numismatics
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance optimization
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple brands, projects, and priorities simultaneously
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed

Preferred skills:
  • Experience coordinating shipping/logistics for giveaways, ambassador programs, influencer gifting, or similar programs
  • Experience working with content calendars, and social management or scheduling software (i.e. Hootsuite, Sprout, Sprinklr, Meltwater, Hubspot, etc.)
  • Comfortable working with AI tools to optimize workflow
