Senior Desktop Support Analysts are IT professionals responsible for providing advanced technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware within an organization. They handle complex issues escalated from junior support staff, perform troubleshooting, and ensure that end-users experience minimal downtime. • Perform recurring weekly and monthly administrative and remediation tasks using established procedures and checklists.
  • Maintain highly detailed and organized files and logs for remediation processes.
  • Document your completed work and provide status updates on recurring assignments.
  • Identify and report data discrepancies, missing information, or process issues.
  • Execute and validate basic SQL queries and scripts to retrieve, update, and verify data.

  • Ensure that tasks related to Audit, Compliance, and Legal requirements are tracked and completed as instructed.
  • Interface with the Operations, Compliance, and Risk teams as needed on audits.
  • Other duties as assigned.

These duties must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.

We know experience comes in many forms and that many skills are transferable. If your experience is close to what we're looking for, consider applying. Diversity has made us the entrepreneurial and innovative company that we are today.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to summarize information clearly and concisely.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to meet recurring deadlines with minimal supervision.
