Your Role
·         Lead project planning by defining scope, evaluating project locale, research zoning and aligning schedules with project goals.
·         Create innovative, accurate, high-quality designs.  
·         Collaborate with clients, jurisdictions, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project goals. 
·         Participate in concept site and building designs, design development, presentations, and innovative problem-solving.
Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years in U.S.-based architectural design in hospitality, housing or commercial projects.
Education: US Bachelor’s degree required.
Technicality: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Revit, Sketch Up, and Adobe
