DTF Virginia is seeking a professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Senior Customer Service Representative to become a key member of our team.
This is more than a customer service position. You'll serve as a direct connection between our customers and production team, helping ensure every order is handled accurately, professionally, and efficiently.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates confidently, remains calm under pressure, and understands that exceptional customer service is critical to a company's success.
Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in person, by phone, and via email
  • Provide accurate and professional customer support
  • Help customers with print sizing, artwork requirements, and product selection
  • Review artwork for basic print readiness
  • Communicate with the production team using Outlook and Teams
  • Ensure order accuracy before production
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
