The Senior Process Manager for Atlantic Union Bank’s Community Impact Office oversees CRA and Fair Lending processes, reporting, and controls across various lines of business. Responsibilities include managing self-assessments, flash reports, and special projects, as well as running monthly LOB management standups and engaging with the bank’s community.

Position Accountabilities

  • Manage CRA and Fair Lending processes and reporting
  • Supervise coordinators on the Community Impact team
  • Conduct self-assessments and manage flash reports.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Perform root cause analysis and drive action plans on problems/concerns
  • Create monthly, quarterly, and annual PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership teams
  • Collaborate with internal analysts for reports and forecasts.
  • Engage with internal and external community members.

This position reports to the Head of Community Impact

Position Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • 3 – 5 years of CRA experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred experience with Kadince

Knowledge & Skills

  • Working knowledge and comprehension of CRA regulations and Fair Lending regulatory process
  • Problem Solving and root cause analysis experienceAbility to work autonomously and lead diverse groups in an ambiguous environment
  • Strong analytical, process improvement and conceptual skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization, including Executive Management
