BDI Marine Contractors, LLC is a Florida-based marine and civil construction company specializing in infrastructure projects including seawalls, docks, drainage, bridges, sidewalks, and roadway improvements. Position Summary
We are seeking an experiencedย Senior Construction Project Managerย to oversee multiple construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has extensive experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships within marine or heavy civil construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of assigned construction projects.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, cost tracking, and change orders.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve field issues.
  • Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and permitting agencies as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure expectations are met.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and closeout packages.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of construction management experience (marine or heavy civil strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record managing multimillion-dollar projects from pre-construction to closeout.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, cost control, scheduling, and safety practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management software, and digital plan review tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and willingness to travel to project sites across Florida.
