Role Overview: As a Construction Project Manager at GG Homes, you will be responsible for managing projects, ensuring compliance, managing crews, and overseeing projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, competitive, and driven for success, with a strong emphasis on critical thinking and a creative perspective. A willingness to take risks and lead by example is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain consistent communication with key stakeholders (listing agents, owners, clients) by providing regular progress reports on project status.
Collaborate with the team to create and deliver project deliverables, including project scope, required resources, and estimated budget, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Effectively manage project timelines and budgets, monitoring milestones, and overseeing financing and design activities on assigned projects.
Accurately calculate cost estimates for all project tasks and manage project budgets efficiently.
Provide guidance to both internal and external team members to ensure high-quality project execution.
Implement and maintain organizational systems for proper maintenance of tools, vehicles, and equipment.
Oversee projects across their entire life cycle, attending necessary meetings and conferences as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
5-10+ years of experience in construction project management or a related field.

Base Salary of $100,000+ with Bonus Potential.
