DOD Senior Construction Project Manager / Superintendent position in Salt Lake City, UT We are hiring for a Senior Construction Project Manager / Superintendent with DOD experience. This is a permanent, full-time position with benefits and requires travel. Responsibilities: Manage one or multiple large Department of Defense Construction projects with Project Values up to 30 million Manage schedule, budgets, change-orders, submit RFI's Build and maintain relationship with Navy, Air Force and other DOD divisions Make sure projects are completed on-time and under budget Communicate with Sub-contractors, Vendors and Internal Estimating and Management team Requirements: Prior DOD Construction Project experience 5+ years of large Construction Project Management experience 5+ years of QC, Safety and Superintendent experience 10+ years of Construction experience, including prior field experience.
