Position Summary:

Hooray for maintenance-free senior living! We are looking for a maintenance director to assist two communities with physical plant, preventative maintenance and overall maintenance items. The communities are located in Green Bay and Shawano.

Be the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps our senior community running in tip-top shape. Put your knowledge of building maintenance and your familiarity with structural, electrical, plumbing, security, heating and cooling systems, and building safety to work serving older adults. You’ll love our residents, and they’ll be grateful for your expertise.

Work Experience Qualifications

  • Must 18 years of age or older
  • We offer a full training program and are willing to train the right candidate!
  • Knowledge in repairing plumbing, electrical, painting, finishing and HVAC systems
  • Supervisory experience preferred

Educational Qualifications

  • A High school diploma or equivalent
